~Ingredients:
1.5 lb lean ground turkey
1 cup frozen sweet corn
1/4 cup diced gouda parrano cheese
1 minced shallot
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp chili powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
~Yields 6 burgers
~Combine all ingredients, without over mixing.
~Grill (I use an indoor cast iron grill.) approximately 5 minutes per side, making sure to cook through.

I served them on toasted sesame seed buns. We enjoyed the leftovers for lunch today with sweet potato fries.
